These magnificent trees have eyes that once were branches. It's so much fun to meander through an aspen forest and find delight in their shapes and bright white bark.

Colorado landscape paintings seem to be in my blood. I'm in love with Colorado's beautiful mountains, fresh air, and of course, the ever-alluring aspen trees that evoke the spiritual and artistic senses of my soul. Aspen Tree Paintings

Inspired by Yellowstone National Park and the hydrothermal pools scattered about its interior, I painted, "Abstracted Daydream".

Working solely with my palette knife, I created this 16"x20" textured acrylic painting. I had a lot of fun with this one. Yellowstone is a National treasure!

I rendered my 38”x48” acrylic aspen tree painting with brush and palette knife. I closed my eyes and mused on one of my trips to Colorado, where the blue azure sky against the dancing white aspen trees ignite a flame of inspiration. On this wintry day, I thought I'd share my 30"x40" acrylic aspen tree painting, "Twilight". There's something so beautiful about standing in the woods on a snowy day. It's a great time to be still and experience the beauty of pure solitude.

I've memorized this Psalm so that I can take it with me everywhere I go. It inspires and sustains me as I walk through this journey called, "Life".
